Collaborate with AHPE

Partnering to Advance Health Professions Education.​

The Academy of Health Professions Educators (AHPE) welcomes meaningful collaborations with institutions, organizations, and professional bodies committed to enhancing health professions education in India. As a Knowledge Partner, AHPE offers academic expertise, access to a vibrant educator network, and support in designing and delivering high-impact scientific programmes.

Logo Use & Academic Partnership Guidelines.

Organizations may request to associate AHPE with their scientific events and use the AHPE logo, subject to the following collaboration framework:​

  • Initiate Early: Contact the AHPE Secretary during the planning phase to explore academic collaboration.

  • Academic Contribution: AHPE may support programme design, share educational resources, and recommend expert resource persons.

  • Visibility & Branding: The AHPE logo may be featured on event materials, certificates, and banners alongside the host institution’s branding.

  • Promotion Support: Events may be promoted through AHPE’s website and bulletin, if details are shared in advance.

  • Member Benefits: AHPE members should be offered a minimum 20% discount on registration fees.

  • Expert Participation: At least two AHPE resource persons should be invited—one may serve as an observer and submit a brief feedback report.

  • Hospitality & Honorarium: AHPE experts should receive fee waivers, travel support, local hospitality, and a modest honorarium.

  • AHPE Spotlight: Include a short session to introduce AHPE and its mission to participants.

  • Revenue Sharing: If the event generates profit, a mutually agreed share may be contributed to AHPE.

  • Financial Independence: AHPE does not assume financial liability for events using its logo.​​​​​​​​
